Andorra is the best place for shopping between France and Spain :) And nice mountain views of cource, too. They have skiing centres from where You can go only 5-6 hours to warm mediterrean sea coast. I was there in March and saw mountain skiing, but at evening I were in Spain, Barcelona, where was warm and no snow of cource :)

You will find a lot of shops, hundreds of meters long watch salesboards, electronic superstores, photo equipment shops etc. They are the greatest tourist trap in Andorra but remember: almost all shops may be closed at 13.30-15.00 as they rest at siesta time. Not because it too warm this time but it seems like tradition :)
